MAI performed a reliability, maintainability, and availability (RMA) analysis of CSTI's CS-2900 DBX-TR Digital End Device and CS-2901 DED Control Unit (DCU), voice communications equipment. Developed reliability models and maintainability models for the DED and DCU. Predicted the Mean Time between Failure (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and inherent availability of the DED and DCU.
